So, Ed Walsh, who writes these amazing, entertaining restaurant reviews for Port City Foodie, introduced me to Kirk Pugh. Kirk is a Wilmington realtor, who started his career in the hospitality industry. Kirk is creating a series of quick, one-minute restaurant video-reviews, titled Tasty Tuesdays. The videos help promote Wilmington, and Kirk's brokerage.

Kirk and I talked. We share a passion: food in Wilmington. Kirk is graciously allowing Port City Foodie to feature and promote his videos as content on my site. And I'm giving him a display ad in return, as well as lots of social media promotion. That's win-win.

Taking Five Minutes with Foodies

Establishing a schedule for blog posts is task number one for bloggers, and sticking to it is a feat of both dedication and creative endurance.

For Port City Foodie, I'm doing flash interviews with Wilmington food personalities, one a week, and publishing them on the weekends. I've talked with chefs, cookbook authors, restaurateurs and foodies. Talk about fun, this is it. Doing what I love, meeting people, talking, writing.
