Taking Five Minutes with Foodies

Establishing a schedule for blog posts is task number one for bloggers, and sticking to it is a feat of both dedication and creative endurance.

For Port City Foodie, I'm doing flash interviews with Wilmington food personalities, one a week, and publishing them on the weekends.
